iRental Homes enables approved residents to rent a home that is currently for sale at the advertised rental price. They will also will be part of our Lease with a Right to Purchase Program. Area and home must qualify. Contingent on successful purchase by investor and qualification of renter. The approximate rental price is disclosed.
